how long does it take to complete a project?
The time varies based on the scope of the project but most projects are completed in under an hour. Our turnaround is typically less than 24 hours.
i need something done right away, do you have expedited service?
No extra charge, just let us know you need it ASAP when you send us your project details and we'll do our best to make it happen!
how many projects can be submitted per month?
Submit as many marketing projects as you want and we’ll tackle them one by one. Once a project is completed, we'll move onto the next one in your queue.
what if I don’t like the design?
We want you to be thrilled with our work. If you don’t like one of designs or the direction a project is taking, we’ll work with you to get back on track.
how do I access my projects?
We use Basecamp for our project management and client communications. It's an easy-to-use project mangement platform. You'll learn how to use it during your onboarding process.
is work performed outside of the United States?
We're proud to say that all work is performed within the United States (unlike most of our competitors).
i already work with a graphic artist but I still need help.
We’ll work alongside your graphic artist to make sure your project is completed to your satisfaction.
i need a marketing project done that’s not listed on your web site, can you do it for me?
Send us some details and we'll do our best to help you.
can you send files to a printer or media vendor on my behalf?
Of course, we’ll send your print-ready files to the media or print vendor.
do you arrange printing and mailing services?
Sure! We work with several printers and mailhouses around the country.
how do you accept payment?
We take payment via credit card or bank/check transfer. It’s super easy!
are there any hidden fees?
Abosolutely not! Your monthly fee is what you will pay. Remember that certain project types like video, audio and web site development, are not included in your monthly fee and will requre a separate proposal and fee structure.
do you have a money back guarantee?
Every new account starts with a 2 week money-back guarantee. If you work with us and are not satisfied for any reason, we will give you a full refund, no questions asked.
am i locked into a long-term contract?
Not at all! We require a short 3 month commitment to get your account started. After that, you can start and stop your account whenever you have marketing projects that need to be completed. We’re here when you need us!
do you earn commissions on purchases on my account?
No, we do not make gross purchases, only net. And, if we get any vendor discounts, we pass the savings onto you.
do you give discounts to non-profit organizations?
Yes, send us your project details and we’ll be happy to work with you at a discounted rate.
